We think it's quite rare that you find a good programmer that can design as well as a proper graphic designer
...but also a good graphic designer that can write code as well as an experienced programmer. We don't believe the perfect combination of "creative brain" vs "technically logical brain" exists (if you think you do - we'd like to hear from you!!)
