Our servers are fully hardware and software redundant with failover power supplies, hard disks and over specified RAM resource to ensure maximum possible uptime and response.
But if it does go wrong, we have 24x7 on-site engineers monitoring the servers and sites, as well as office and out of hours technical support available.
